About this website

St. John's Oil Tank Removal provides general homeowner information and quote-request support for heating-oil tank projects. The website is not a government agency, utility, rebate administrator, heating-oil inspection company, HVAC contractor, or the company performing the tank work.

Service providers are responsible for their work

Any contractor or service provider contacted through a request is responsible for its own estimates, advice, credentials, insurance, workmanship, safety practices, and regulatory compliance. You should ask providers directly about qualifications, scope, price, documentation, and timelines.

Estimates and program information can change

Prices, availability, service scope, incentive amounts, eligibility rules, and government or utility program details can change. Verify regulatory, insurance, legal, and rebate requirements independently before making decisions.

No emergency service guarantee

The quote form is not an emergency response tool. Active leaks, strong fumes, petroleum entering drains or soil, or any immediate danger may require appropriate emergency or environmental response.
